Refund & 7-Day Exchange Policy

At Dores Haute Maroquinerie, we take immense pride in the bespoke craftsmanship and sovereign leather quality of every creation. If you are not completely enchanted with your purchase, our client concierge is here to assist you.

1. 7-Day Complimentary Exchange

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window starting from the date of parcel delivery across Pakistan. Items must be unused, in their original velvet dust bag and bespoke presentation box, with all original tags intact.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • The item must show no signs of leather wear, stretching, or handling marks.
  • Hardware protective films (where applicable) should remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

3. Process for Initiating an Exchange

To arrange an exchange, simply contact our Atelier Concierge on WhatsApp at +92 348 3398455 or email concierge@dores.store with your Order ID and preferred replacement item. Our courier partner will schedule reverse pickup or provide return dispatch details.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

In cases where an exchange is not viable or the product arrived damaged/defective, refunds are processed via Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT/Raast) or store credit within 3 to 5 business days following physical receipt and quality inspection at our atelier.
